A Propellant with a spear, made of Milliput and leather to imitate the aspect of Bone.

Same thing with the knigfe, with a real flint at the edge.
le lance is made of wood with a flint (a real one) and fur on it.

Not sur about what you mean, The big spear is a fantasy weapon insirated on cave age ones.
The silex knife and and the propellant are real ones, they have been used until the invention of the bow. (around -30 000 to -10 000 years BC)

It is called atlatl in the language of Indian Nahuatl (source wikipedia).
I guess it's this ^^

The leather is to help the grip and has a good skin.
On the lance there is a flint, a leather lace and some fur. Will take more pics.
